2. What data we collect
Data you give us yourself
When you fill in the contact form or write to us by e-mail, we collect: your first and last name, company name, e-mail address, phone number, subject and the content of your message. If you apply for a job, we also collect the data contained in your CV.
Technical data
The server hosting the site automatically records the IP address, the date and time of the request, the page visited and the browser type. These logs serve only the operation and security of the site.
We do not collect special categories of personal data and we never ask for bank or card details through this site.
3. Why we process it
- To answer questions and to prepare offers for our products.
- To maintain communication during a commercial cooperation.
- To review job applications.
- For the security of the site and the prevention of misuse.
We do not use your data for personalised advertising and we take no automated decisions that affect you.
4. Legal basis
Processing is based on Law No. 06/L-082 on the Protection of Personal Data of the Republic of Kosovo. Depending on the case, the legal bases are:
- Your consent — when you voluntarily send us a message or an application.
- Pre-contractual steps and performance of the contract — when we prepare an offer or work together with you.
- Legitimate interest — for the security of the site and the protection of our infrastructure.

- The hosting provider on whose service this site is hosted.
- Public authorities, where expressly required by law.
This site also contains third-party content that may process your IP address:
- Google Fonts — for the site's fonts.
- Google Maps — the map on the Contact and Logistics pages. You can disable map loading under Cookie Settings.
7. Your rights
In relation to your personal data you have the right:
- To request access to the data we hold about you.
- To request the correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
- To request the erasure of that data.
- To request the restriction of the processing.
- To object to processing based on legitimate interest.
- To request the portability of your data.
- To withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal.
To exercise these rights, write to us at info@mcfood-ks.com. We reply within the periods laid down by law. If you are not satisfied with our reply, you have the right to complain to the Information and Privacy Agency of the Republic of Kosovo.
8. Data security
We apply technical and organisational measures to protect the data against unauthorised access, loss or alteration. Access within the company is granted only to employees who need it for their work. When the site is served over an SSL certificate, communication between your browser and the server is encrypted.
9. Children
This site is aimed at businesses and professionals. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under the age of 16.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy whenever our services or the legal requirements change. The date of the last update is shown at the top of the page. We recommend that you review it from time to time.
